Woodworth Apartments

Since my review, the building is under new management. They seem to be more attentive to resident needs so I am revising my review. I would still be mindful of asking for average utility charges before moving in, but I'm sure the new property manager michael will assist and be transparent. --old review below-- Please don’t. Utilities average $250 a month for a 400 sqft studio. They will try to tell you otherwise because my friend also thought about moving here and they tried to pass it off as a metering issue.

It's hard to trust any new positive reviews - the manager on-site (who is already gone after only two weeks) was asking tenants to leave good reviews in exchange for $10 gift cards to boost the building ratings online. Apartments are not cleaned before new move-ins and management was unresponsive to questions about this.

I toured the community. Loved the views from the rooftop and want to rock out in the lounge. The units have good style and balconies. Would recommend.

after living at woodworth for a year… what i loved: - location is great, and everywhere is walkable. my home, job, and school are all within a 10 minute walk. - current community management is fantastic. michael works hard to resolve any issues in a timely manner and makes sure to always check in after. he also organizes the mailroom and transfers packages to residents door which is super nice, past management have never cared that much. the 5 stars is just for him 🫡 what i wish were different: - space is a little small for the price. a notice was sent out a while ago that units were going to go up in price. i was paying about $1500 for a 340sqft studio, so they would be more by summer. - for the price, it would’ve been nice to have more amenities in the complex. - parking situation is k

Michael at the Woodworth apts. Is by far the best apt manager I've ever had! No matter what the problem he does everything he can to solve it and he's a straight up nice guy!
