Car was broken in multiple times before security cameras were implemented, management only cares about the bottom line and raises rent 175$ in two leases while saying all inclusive. Overcharged late fee upon move out of 75 bucks which was ignored by the management Stephanie. Water is cut off multiple times throughout the day because it's only one main line coming into the apartment complex which is inconvenient.

Beautiful, charismatic charm! Great view of Woodward Park! Newly redone interiors make you feel like your walking into a new home! Courtyard is manicured nicely and pool is even clear in winter months. The management worked quick and efficiently to get us moved in as soon as we were ready! Very friendly and helpful with any and all the numerous questions I was asking! Maintenance is onsite often and is very personable! Studio apartment was cute but we opted for the two bedroom; you can't beat all bills paid in this day and time! Safe and quiet community. I'm lucky to call this place home!

I have lived here for over a year, the price is very reasonable. Its all bills paid, and I keep cool with window units. Its very comfortable in a great location. I enjoy living upscale without the over head, and its a blessing to call WoodWard Park Apartments home. Its very calm, and safe with the addition of security. Its important to also add, the many people Ive come to know here, including the manager has been an amazing blessing on my life. They are prompt with fixing issues, and allow us to make our apartment home. Its worth the look, and I challenge you to find character, location, space, and find it affordable... You wont be able to, but here, you can!

Worst management I've ever dealt with. Not kid friendly, so do not move here if you have children. Takes weeks to get a maintenance issue resolved. Rent goes up frequently. The new management has ruined this once decent apartment complex and reduced it to little better than a slum. Also the parking lot is the absolute worst in all of Tulsa. This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star. It's absolutely rubbish. Pass this place up. It's not worth your time or money.

If you have a child do not even think about moving here. Kids are absolutely not welcome. If you have a child and do decide to move here be ready to be threatened with eviction constantly. The water is constantly being shut off and the parking is a complete disaster. There are no security cameras at all and numerous vehicles have been stolen and vandalize. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Management is not helpful and they ignore people as they choose while not addressing bigger issues.
