I am an owner with Encore at Riverstone. There are a lot of problems after you move in. Before they would respond but now after employees quit and they letting go of others, no one is responding to my repair needs. The quality of the house was rushed, there are many minor flaws throughout my house.
I like their homes, but with like most home builders they have small lots. It would be nice to see homes buildt on larger lots with more than 10 get between you and your neighbors.
The quality is great and has exceeded our expectations and if there were any issues or questions our superintendent, Jason, and his team resolved everything promptly.
I love the floorplans as well. Great use of space, and the prices are not too high either. Worth checking one of their communities out.
Woodside homes has been a great experience for me. Their commitment the quality and service is second to none.
