My family member lives here, and let me tell you the staff is actively involved in each tenets life and even more if they're off ie; not feeling well going through something anything really and they're very fast to fix something that's wrong with the apartment as soon as you let the maintenance guy, Chris, know He's down to your place usually with in less than 24 hours depending on if he's already got a full schedule and even then some times he stays late to help. Chris is usually there 7 days a week but the office manager is not so you have to catch her when she's there but she also usually stays late the days she's there to help out as well!
It was great and it's very interesting is very informative looking forward to living there
