Woodscape Apartments.

No I don't live here but I came to visit someone I know. Man what can I say. All the 1 ⭐ reviews you see are very much warranted anything else is prolly from management friend/family. Half the apartments are vacant as posted or sum1 sleeping in the vacant. Just completely run down... My Friend whole section of apt only have cold water for more that a day.

Still got bad credit from these guys who made up all kinds of phony claims, even after the floods and changing owners several times not much has changed i visit my friend there and they never fix her sink, maintenance guy claims its normal to get shocked when turning on the stove...

Been here for 2 days and already have rats and roaches all over the place. When I moved in I could tell whoever was here before us had let their pet urinate on the floor. Cabinets were not cleaned AT ALL either. Rat feces was sitting there in plain sight on the oven. Despite whatever cleaning that they MAY have done, you can still smell animal byproduct EVERYWHERE. I'm ready to leave already....

This apartment is the worst I have ever seen, talk about everything. They can't do anything right. Just today,being a Sunday, the water 💧 is not running. This is getting out of hand. Unbelievable.
