Our history with Rod & Kathy Sparks at Woods & Shores out of Aitkin, goes back 18 years when we lived in Wisconsin 2006 and wanted to retire to Minnesota. After much research we chose to go with Woods and Shores to help us find and guide us through the purchase of a home. After many field trips from central to northern MN we found our dream home about 2 hours from the Canadian border. Rod went above and beyond in the property research and Kathy found a creative financial solution to the purchase. After living in that home for 17 years and our aging process, our children wanted us to move closer to them.
