Just moved here! So far so good! The staff is very attentive and efficient. Marissa has been very kind and quick to help with any questions we've had. Blake, the maintenance guy, is also awesome! We had a small issue that he quickly fixed for us once notified. Highly recommend this complex for cleanliness, peacefulness, and overall amazing staff!

Hi there! I wanted to follow up on my previous feedback about the apartment complex — I still absolutely love living here! The scenery continues to be beautiful, and the staff (especially Marissa!) always make the community feel welcoming and positive. I just wanted to check if there have been any updates or plans regarding improvements to the gym. I noticed it’s still in need of a little attention — things like regular trash removal, cleaning wipes, and a quick floor cleaning would make a big difference. It would also be amazing if we could get a few more dumbbells (especially in the 30–50 lb range) to round out the equipment selection. Thank you again for everything you all do to make this such a great place to live!

Great place to live and conveniently located to everything in Jackson. Marissa is a great property manager, and Blake in maintenance is so fast in responding to any issue and gets things fixed. The grounds always look nice and the pool is always clean. Happy to know there are people who take care of their residents and property.

This community is well-maintained and professionally managed. The property is clean, common areas are kept up, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The management team is responsive and clearly takes pride in the property. Overall, it appears to be a solid place to live with consistent upkeep.
