Woods of Jefferson is a great place to live. The amenities are great relative to the cost of rent. The property manager, Virginia, is amazing - she was always incredibly friendly and helpful, and any issues that did come up were resolved quickly and professionally.

I am very happy to say I have found not just an apartment but a place to call home! Virginia was very responsive to my emails and helpful throughout my application process. I did not get the chance to see the actual apartment until the day of move in but everything was much more than I expected. The environment is clean, well maintained and peaceful.

I lived here for a year and I must say it was an incredible experience. The property manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. She always made sure the property was well maintained and safe. Anytime there was an issue in my apartment maintenance fixed it in no time, same day! Now that I’ve moved I truly miss it there very pampered living! Property manager also threw events for the residents very thoughtful gestures all the time! I loved it here I would definitely recommend it!!!

The woods of Jefferson is so clean and it’s nice and quiet at night. You don’t have that problem like some places where people are hanging outside late and playing music. The property manager is friendly and knowledgeable definitely a good place to live
