Woods at Forest Crossing

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Dezah. She is extremely professional and made sure that every concern and request I had was addressed with great care and attention. Because of the outstanding service she provides, I will definitely be renewing my lease. I also want to recognize the maintenance team—they are truly amazing. They take pride in their work, respond promptly, and treat your home with the same respect and care as if it were their own.

I moved from out of state and had less than a month to move for my new job. Dawna and the whole team at Woods at Forest Crossing dropped everything to make sure anything and everything was met so I could have a smooth transition into a new state and new apartment on short notice. Even had to up my move a week due to the winter storm and they accommodated it. I absolutely love my apartment and complex and it’s largely in part to the amazing staff!

I moved into my apartment in November. The office staff and manager are the best folks. They are friendly and accommodating. As a recent amputee, I needed an ADA compliant unit. They were very understanding and knowledgeable about my requirements. The service team are so great. On the rare case that anything breaks, they have it repaired in a day or less. They are very good with my dog as well. I always feel very secure living here. I would recommend this complex to anyone. The service, amenities, location, and nearby restaurants and stores add to this apartment complex, and my home in particular.

Very impressed with this property. The team is friendly, responsive, and takes pride in maintaining the community. I could have spend hours catching up with the team.
