Woodridge On Second Apartments

Katherine & Jaden are very kind & approachable. They made my transition to their apartment easy. Gave me facts to the place, Answered my Emails or calls & Explained everything to me. Its my first time in Rochester, move for work in MAYO, most of the time they guided me & answered all my questions. Also, they Attended to all my needs. Appreciated so much. Dont change this behavior guys. Plus factor to this apartment it is near the Mayo bus West Lot pick-up location. I like it here. ❤️ Andy & Eric are doing excellent job in maintenance. Andy is a very calm guy, easy to approach and I always ask him everything about my apartment. They fixed my light bulbs, modified my wardrobe, fixed my toilet and its alarm sensor. Thank you for attending to my needs and for the quick response. ❤️

I moved to Rochester in 2019 and met Katherine Johnson who was my leasing agent. I was fortunate to meet such a nice and accommodating person to welcome me to Rochester and assist me in finding the perfect place to call home. Which ended up being Woodridge on Second. The property is very well maintained. If I ever needed repair it was done quickly and without hassles. I lived in 2 apartments here and both served me well. The staff is always readily available and eager to assist with anything! I enjoyed grilling on the grills provided in the summer and definitely enjoyed the heated underground parking in the winder! If I ever move back to Rochester I will definitely call on Katherine to assist me in getting an apartment at Woodridge on Second! Five star place in my opinion!

Andy is THE BEST maintenance man. This review is long over due but he still deserves it! My electronic lock unfortunately broke and he worked long past his usual hours to solve the problem and get me back into my apartment. He is always very timely when I put in requests. He is a huge asset to Woodridge!

Friendly management, great location, and always clean. Actually saw a cleaning crew just this morning and the place smells great. Feels fresh and well cared for — a great place to live!
