Woodmont Way at West Windsor

Like many others, we find the location to be a commendable aspect of this community. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. This property offers nothing special, yet demands prohibitively high rents, often padded with frequent, miscellaneous charges on the lease invoice. A particularly galling example is the $75 fee for simply leaving a recycling bag outside our door for a couple of hours prior to pick up by the valet service, citing a "fire hazard,” while permanent decor outside other doors goes unaddressed. Security is also a significant concern, with packages routinely stolen and even bikes stored inside the building reported missing. Our son’s $400 bike was stolen from the bike storage room and all the leasing office had to say was that it is our problem and we should follow up

I already raved about this place earlier this year, and the experience has only gotten better. We did not even look anywhere else when it came time to renew. The location and apartments are great, but what truly makes this place special is the people. Jessica at the leasing office has become a friend. She is amazing at her job and genuinely cares about residents. Vanessa and Brian have been wonderful from the start, and the maintenance team is outstanding. Aaron is always kind, quick, and reliable. Six stars from us and two thumbs way up!

We have been living here for two plus years and have never regretted our decision to downsize. This community meets our needs and more. The front office personnel are very friendly and always willing to help out.Its amazing how fast the maintenance crew gets our minor issues sorted. The location is fantastic , close to the malls , downtown Princeton and train station. The amenities are amazing, the state of the art gym, pool and clubhouse are great!! The game den came to our help when we needed to host a meet and greet. As newly minted grandparents we are looking Forward to our grandson enjoy the pool and the children’s play room.Biggest advantage was to be-able to rent a storage unit in the building. No stress whatsoever when going for vacations, Just lock and leave.Best decision ever mov

Living here has been lovely. The amenities are maintained well. The apartments are comfortable and maintained well. Liz & Kayla are truly the kindest, warmest people you will ever encounter. We have two small children and they do everything in their power to make our kids feel loved by them. Alex from maintenance responds promptly and addresses any and all issues we have. We couldn’t be happier, mainly because of the wonderful people who work on property.

Staff not hepful. My automatic payments were randomly stopped and I was not notified until the 8th of the month resulting in a late fee and being locked out from paying online. I reset automatic payments but it did not work for some reason despite receiving a confirmation email. I then sent two emails that were not answered. And now I can only pay using a paper check which I currently don't have. Should have better customer service for the rent prices they charge.
