Woodmont Townsquare at Washington Township

I have lived here since 2019 and of course it’s not perfect no place is, however Woodmont is as close as it gets. The office staff, maintenance crew and majority of the neighbors are awesome. They do lots of community things throughout the year to give back and make it enjoyable to live here, like Breakfast on the Go & BBQ’s). They have been doing stuff like this since I moved in. I gave 5 stars because the two complaints I have are not the fault of the complex. Look forward to living here until my retirement!!

I have been in this community for two months. Management made sure all my questions were answered and move in day went smoothly. Everybody is very professional and courteous. Any complaints or repair that need done have been handle within 24hrs. The amenities are excellent and I feel safe living here. I am happy with living in this gorgeous community.

The apartment features modern amenities, spacious layouts, and beautiful finishes. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority here, with high-quality appliances and fixtures making daily life both comfortable and enjoyable. The grounds are always maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Overall, living at Woodmont has been great. The combination of a fantastic living space, awesome staff, (James, Danielle , and Aaron) just to name a few! and a vibrant community makes it the best choice in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place that feels like home from the moment you step in!

Thank you to James Donato in our leasing office here at Woodmont Townsquare. I have lived here quite a few years now and James has been nothing but the best when it comes to the care that he gives to the tenants residing here. He makes sure that when there is a concern or issue he gets on it right away to find a solution. James is excellent at what he does and he is a true professional. When I have an apartment issue he gets right back to me and he is always kind and considerate when I speak with him. Thanks James for being such a positive and helpful staff here at Woodmont. Save yourself the aggravation and do not move here. The time has finally come and I'm happily moving out of this joke of a "luxury" apartment complex. There is NOTHING luxurious about this dump. Let's start with the parking lot not having any lighting and being pitch black for over two months. How difficult could it be to replace lighting when it has impact on the safety of residents? The staff have the poorest level of communication I've ever witnessed. The hallways of the apartment buildings literally stink because of trashed lined hallways. No rules are enforced so residents keep their trash in the hallways all day, all night, and all weekend long. It's to the point I'm embarrassed to invite anyone over. The rent continues to rise while the living conditions continue to dwindle.
