Woodmont Ridge at Upper Macungie

I lived at this complex for 2 1/2 years. Left to live in a house we own last month, nothing wrong with the complex. We actually really loved this community. The apartments are well kept, the halls and elevator stayed super clean. Maintenance was always on top of everything we needed. The outside is always taken care of. It's peaceful, safe, and nice to take your pup on a walk around. We enjoyed the pool and special events the complex would throw. The staff were always super nice and accommodating. I actually miss living there already. haha Realistically we wanted our money spent on rent to go to our own pocket on a house, that's the only reason we left. I appreciated living there and would highly recommend it to everyone I know.

Everyone has been so helpful since our initial inquiry phone call, throughout the entire application process, and even now that we are residents. Another big reason why I would recommend this apartment complex is the safety that the community offers, as well as all of the included amenities. We are looking forward to living here for a long time.

Kim is an amazing professional which couples with her friendly smile! She has gone above and beyond to help my disabled daughter settle into the perfect apartment. Kim is always quick to respond to questions while assuring you that she is there working for you. If you call Woodmont Ridge Apartments, make sure you ask for Kim! She’s the absolute best!

Excellent complex, Kim and her staff are first rate in tending to all resident needs. The maintenance crew also deserves a mention, always right there when you need them. All in all Woodmont Ridge is a nice, friendly, and safe place to call home.

Do not move here if your job requires overnight deliveries. There mail system is horrific. You rarely get notifications that packages have arrived and even if you do, all shipments are thrown haphazardly into a mail room leaving the tenants to pick through hundreds of packages to find their shipment. I have to move because of this. Also, your your rent will increase $150/month/year.
