Woodmill Apartments

One of the best apartments in Dover area. Security is good in the neighborhood. Maintenance staff is also prompt (better than my previous experiences). The only complaint is there is no sidewalk in the community which makes walking a little bit difficult sometimes.

Want to follow up and leave another review and shout out the leasing managers Holly, Annamaria, and Susana for providing me with excellent customer service during my time living at Woodmill. They always responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner whenever I needed something. They were patient, kind, and most importantly worked with me to make my move out transition smooth. Shout out to Annamaria who has provided me with the kindest, most friendly as well as thorough service during the application process to rent an apartment from this complex. We need more people like her in this world!!

This place is a dump. Smells like weed and armpits in the hallways. The massive pot holes give you flat tires. Constant fights with people pulling guns in the parking lot. NEVER give your money to this place unless you have no where else to go.

I'm a current tenant at Woodmill apts. My experience has been a very pleasant one. Whenever I had any tiny problem, the staff and maintenance crew were always very prompt. They took care of it in a very timely manner. The Property Managers Holly, Suzanna, and Anna are very pleasant and caring towards their tenants. They do an excellent job . I have been here for three years. Overall I have been very happy. They offer a military discount which is nice and the rental price has stayed the same for 37 months. The maintenance folks are very responsive to trouble calls. They work hard to keep the community looking good and have made recent improvements to the steps of some of the buildings. The complex is well maintained. The property manager has been great to work with. The office staff are pleasant and the hours of operation work well. Some of the residents are slobs however. They don't clean up their messes when they drop trash while taking it out to the dumpsters. This degrades the quality of the community somewhat. But overall the community is okay, with no major issues.
