I lived there for 2 years until I had to move for work. I loved my apartment because it was clean and very nice. If there was ever a problem, it would just be one phone call. It was close to everything I needed: banks, a movie theater, and lots of restaurants. It was also close to the highway, which was convenient. It had a gym, a dog park, and a place to walk.

Living at Woodmere Trace Apartments has truly been a wonderful experience. This is now my third lease here, which speaks volumes about how much I enjoy this community. The property is consistently well maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully cared for. The office staff is absolutely wonderful always warm, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Courtney and Golden, who truly gets the job done. There attentiveness and follow-through make such a difference. The maintenance and grounds teams are equally impressive, responsive, attentive, and quick to handle any request with care and professionalism. I have been a resident here for quite awhile. First moved in back in 2021, and all seemed okay. I even recommended some people to this complex; BIG MISTAKE! Roaches (!!): We were supposed to move apartments in Aug 2023, but 24 hours before we were supposed to move in, the office calls saying that there’s roaches in the apartment. The leasing agents said we can either move in with the roaches or wait until they clear out; of course, we waited. Repeated Maintenance Issues: We finally get in, and there’s a leak in our kitchen ceiling. They were very slow to fix it, taking days for a small leak. They also had to replace our dishwasher soon after moving in, which had black mold growing all around the wall in the space it was moved from. They did an awful job with the repair on that as well. I love this place. It is so peaceful. When I come back from work, I do my yoga in contact with nature. This is like a paradise in the city. My experience in this apartment was extremely negative. During the three years I lived there, the service was terrible, especially if you don’t speak English, as Ms. Cornelia and the staff lack both courtesy and empathy. The apartment was handed over to me dirty, but I left it spotless when I moved out, even cleaner than anyone else’s home. I have proof of the cleanliness, yet they still unjustly want to charge me $270 for a small stain on the carpet, something that was already there when I moved in. Additionally, there’s a cockroach infestation that never gets treated, and every time a neighbor moves out, the cockroaches migrate into my unit, despite spending a lot of money on treatments. The heating and air conditioning are of very poor quality, and the humidity in the apartment is actu
