I don’t recommend living here unless you like living with bugs and problems. 1st there’s no weekend maintenance so if something breaks Friday night. You gonna have to wait til Monday to get fix. 2nd cars getting broken into a lot and shooting. I like seen like over 10 cars since being there. 3rd. They rented me a unit that had black mod in it and other problems. Now it’s a back and forth with the leasing office with getting my security deposit back with different excuses. I will be taking them to court pretty soon. Update: it’s been 1 year since moving out and they never returned my security deposit. They are money hungry.

Very nice and upkeep place. If you have the extra cash, rent here. The entire process from signing the lease, to the stay, to vacating was very easy. Payments can be made online with autopay. The location is very secluded with parking lots, land, and trees. I enjoyed my jogs around the area. Maintenance was always quick and effective. The amenities were very convenient. The only bugs were cockroaches. The only cons were how easily they can take money from you. I won't elaborate. Anyway, this is the nicer apartments in Norfolk. Well maintained.

My family were in a bind and we got blessed with a place at Woodmere Trace Apartments. The apartment is very nice and my family loves the fact we can finally call somewhere a “home”. Thank you so much to Ms. Connie and to Ms. Jessie. They were awesome to us and very friendly.

The pool is supposed to be closed on Mondays. Yet non resident kids are in the pool (ILLEGALLY) possibly kids that are related to someone who works in the office. The cameras don’t work, The gate is broken & no one seems to care. Yet RESIDENTS are charged 50$ per pool pass. This complex is becoming more and more like a housing project. That aside, the gym has no central air, the office manager is over worked & her employees have no professionalism or empathy. They lie on tenants. The water bill was grossly mishandled last year. There are car break ins every other couple of months. Corporate needs to reevaluate this whole situation. Responding to my review with NO FORM of contact to said “owner” is truly disgusting. Who can you complain to????? Where is the contact information to someone

I’m at peace living here at Woodmere Trace Apartments. I’ve had minor hiccups but the staff here show concern for their tenants not only in their words but their action as well. They’re always swift in response to my every request. Shout to Shannon and the leasing staff who are always nice to me. Shannon’s help and effective communication lead to me finding and moving into my apartment promptly. To this day her attitude has never changed. Kind,respectful and always willing to help. To the maintenance team the work you do here is greatly appreciated. Alayna and Anthony and others, thanks for all that you’ve done on helping to ensure my stay is as comfortable as can be. Keep doing what you guys do.
