Woodlands of Plano

If I could leave no stars I would. This complex was atrocious. The manage system was heinous. Our complex not only had bricks missing on the outside that created gaping holes, there were rats using these holes to travel to and from building to building. Roaches INFESTED this complex and when maintenance FINALLY ARRIVED to assist with pest infestation they pulled the dishwasher out and the whole wall that is supposed to be there was missing. There was a ginormous hole the rats were using. There was rat poop everywhere on top of the dishwasher. Our AC went out and they refused to fix. We started a legal process against them in small claims for the retched living conditions.

Old and visibly showing the signs of time in deteriorating buildings and lack of facilities. Situated at the 14th and Rigsbee in east plano, this complex has been there for decades. Although it offers a bit lower rents than the newer apartments' building in east plano, to me the price difference was immaterial.

My apartment recently flooded from a busted pipe. I explained to the apartment manager that she needed to get a water mitigation service out here, and she said they use thier on people. Here we are in week number three and she sends someone out to replace the sheet rock. When the sheet rock was removed you can clearly see wet molded boards and he was told to cover it. I went to the office and she told me that it was my insurance company responsibility, after I educated her on what I do for a living she let her contact someone. I have been here less than two months is this is the worst place I have EVER lived. She is willing to put me and my kids in danger with all of this mold, which I explained that he has severe allergies. There is so much I can say, but I will wait for the outcome on th

The present management team is always avaliable unlike in the past. They are professional, informative, and timely. This team is willing to assist me with any situation! I am retired so their dedication to their job and beyond has been a life saver for me. Their genuine concern for my well being is priceless. I hope your company is aware of this outstanding team. Followed by compensation as earned. I renewed my lease again this year soley based on this management team. Please give your best to retain these employees as they provide an outstanding service for myself and others that live here. What an invaluable service that truly makes my life easier. For starters, walking in the girl whose name I didn’t know because she didn’t introduce herself, was very rude. Mind you I’m looking for some where to stay. My new home. Moving on, we’re headed to see the unit before she opens the door she warns us that there might be a smell from wet carpet. okay fine. I walk in with my mother & It’s actually very nice, the display unit. After looking around for a bit I asked her would this be similar to the unit I would be getting. She basically told me nothing would be the same. That I wouldn’t even have a DISHWASHER. I literally had to laugh to keep from saying anything offensive. To make a long story short, don’t waste your time. I wasn’t interested in the property as soon as I walked in the leasing office, I mean immediate turn off. The owners clearl
