Woodland West Apartments

Staff is very nice and professional, property very clean and quite. I love my 2 bedroom townhome its feels like home. Last but not least maintenance is always there when you need them. I put in a work order and in less than 30 minutes they were at my door. I'm very surprise since it was not an emergency. My neighbors are very quite and friendly and watch out for each other.

I have lived here 2 years. Everything in my apartment was brand new when I moved in. The office staff has always shown niceness and respect. They are willing to work with you if your late, electric is very affordable as well. The cops are here often but for normal things no violence or break ins of any kind. Maintenance has fixed any issue I had within minutes to hours, ver fast and efficient. it may not be the best looking apartments but I feel at home and safe. Thats what keeps me here.

I lived there for over 10 years, honestly miss living there. The maintenance workers are great and do what they can to fix your problems, they try really connect with the tennets as well. The management is amazing as well. The rent is also fairly affordable. I might move back in once the lease for my current apartment is up.

I have lived here 3 1/2 years. Management & maintenance staff are excellent. Older complex. Well maintained. Very affordable. With that, you do have some issues you would expect from lower income individuals. The exception is crime. Very little has occurred. Surprising for a complex not gated. Walking distance to all types of services, and retail.

5 Stars no question. I have lived in a number of apartments over the years and without doubt Woodland West is head and shoulders above any other in my experience. The management is excellent and super friendly. The maintenance team is A+. Example: My microwave went out one AM and I called the office to report it. SURPRISE! By noontime maintenace had a brand new one installed. No matter how major or minor the problem (only 3 so far), they have fixed it the same day it was reported. The maintenance crew is also friendly plus very helpful, alway offering assistance. I am very very happy to be here.
