Woodland Village Apartments

All members of staff, lease office and maintenance are so nice and helpful, we have lived here for 2 years now and we have not but best criteria about their work. Appreciated guys

If only all properties had a Tiffany, who is the leasing manager at Woodland village apartments. This property manager knows her stuff and is extremely efficient and knowledgable. It was a fantastic experience, she showed us multiple options on our visit. Her communication has been stella since Day 1, and was willing to work out best options to make sure we had everything in order, to get us ready to move into the community. 👍🏽

Maintenance is horrible been to the office more than 3 times to get the same things done a few of these issues have been present since I've moved in a year ago. Every time I go in the "put it in the system" but no one ever shows up to fix it. Update 9/12 Maintenance and the office is slack as hell. Nothing still hasn't been fixed, my air is currently out and has been out twice in the past month it's always an excuse when I go into the office to report it. The women in the office does not put the information in the system which is delaying maintenance requests. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CAN AFFORD BETTER!!!!!!

The maintenance is terrible, we go complain so many times maintainers will come and look without doing anything. They said we gonna come back but never come back to fix the washing machine pipe and other house maintenance issues, too many cockroach on the apartment we did complain about it as well but disappointed no one came to fix it . And I am tired of complaining!! Terrible management

I been Here 7 months is so nice an quiet,and Apartments Are big in Spacious.I want to upgrade to three Bedroom unit The Staff are Great
