I live here. The maintenance isn't up par. They don't speak English, I have weeds growing on my bedroom window, there is no weed eating around the building's, the tenants do not have the phone number to the HOA, if there is one. There's more but it is to numerous to mention.
It's quiet out here there's a barbershop close by and a corner store
The apartment is very small and maintenance doesnt fix stuff on time it could take months for them to fix anything
