Woodland Street Apartments

I have lived here for almost 5 years and it’s only getting worse with maintenance issues, my whole apartment is a DUMP, they never come back to fix anything, they did inspection earlier in 2024 and it seems they still don’t care. I wish there was someone higher I could talk to about this because I shouldn’t have to live this way with my son, meanwhile the rental office looks amazing. PLEASE for your own good, if you have other options DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALLL!!!!!

Poor management! You can put in work order into the office by call, written or in person that needs to be done and they give you the run around. They have vacant apartments being used to sell drugs, no communication with tenants, the rats around the property, Tennant food has gone bad because they had not replaced the refrigerator, unsafe living arrangements, Hallway is dirty and stinks do to lottery in the buildings and the hallway at 1502 Pennsylvania Avenue as being pitch black with no lights for 2 weeks when it started to snow and people are knocking on tenants door so you can open ur door to be harm cause you can't see anything. My daughter lives there and she as Holes in her walls and her apartment keeps flooding and they do not care at all. They should not do people like that. Do not move there. I would have gave them a 0 star if I could. Bad management. She needs help.

PLEASE DONT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS! You will be wasting your time because as soon as your lease is up you'll be moving out again. The management and maintenance teams are terrible. My smoke detector goes off non stop for no apparent reason and they have come to change it 7 times with no better result. Dope boys are ALL over the place along with crackheads and other undesirables. Roaches are everywhere and no one will come to spray. (The exterminator will lie and say they've treated your apartment but they haven't.) Poor plumbing and unsanitary issues are abundant. You might as well be homeless if you live here. I have suffered for a year but now my lease is up and I am OUT of here! Whatever you do, if you have children PLEASE find some place else to live!

I started writing a review this morning & then the manager called ! So, I recanted because I don’t like doing these especially bad ones !! My A/C / heating unit has been an ongoing issue since I movers in the unit! I have been emailing, calling in reference to my air for weeks/ months. I eventually thought it was fixed because I got so fed up I started watching YouTube videos !! However, all I did was simply put a band aid over it because my A/C would shut off again after two weeks. The manager of the property reached out to me today and said they would be out Wednesday to fix my A/C and that she will provide me with fans. After waiting two hours for a box fan The maintenance guy opened my door. I heard no knock nor did anyone call my phone. Brought two fans and one of them had a dead rode
