Woodland Station

We lived at Woodland Station for 1.5 years while on the house search. We could not have asked for a better experience. The property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and residents are friendly and respectful. However, the best part of our experience was the Woodland Station Team! Donna, Lindsay, Norm, & Santos are truly amazing in every way - they made Woodland Station feel like home and we are incredibly grateful to them. If we are ever in need of an apartment again, we would return to Woodland Station without a second thought!

I moved into the Woodland Station apartment last fall and am currently about to renew my lease. I would say it is one of the best places I lived: Boston, Dallas, and Ann Arbor. I cannot over-compliment Team Woodland. We have great on-site maintenance, especially Santos. He responds very quickly (once, he came within 30 min after I requested) and always delivered the best solution beyond my expectation. We had an issue with a big window in the living room. A maintenance crew fixed it, and it was ok but Santos checked it and improved it making it even better than it was before we got the issue. Donna is awesome: very kind and helps us proactively by asking about our needs. She cares. Giovanni, the general manager, is the best: he is very hands-on and listens to the customers very carefully,

We have been living here for many years and have had nothing but good experiences. The building is well maintained, clean, and has felt very safe. The building is regularly updated and serviced with appropriate notice to residents. There are lots of amenities and regular community events. The team here is amazing - Donna, Norman, and Santos all go above and beyond. Donna is on top of everything and gets things done! She is professional, reliable, and warm and friendly. Norman is wonderful - he is quick to respond to maintenance requests, gets things fixed, and we have called him many times over the years. Santos is also fantastic! The maintenance staff at Woodland Station Apartments is excellent. Santos is always quick to fix any problems and is incredibly professional. I have been a resident of this complex for close to 9 years and am very happy here!

We have had an incredibly positive experience living at Woodland Station Apartments. At the front office, Paula and Donna go above and beyond with their friendly and efficient service from dealing with every day inquiries to organizing events for the residents. Additionally, the maintenance staff, Norman and Santos, deserves commendation for their prompt and efficient resolution of issues. Whether it's a minor repair or a more significant maintenance request, they tackle each task with a sense of urgency and skill. It's clear that the entire team takes pride in maintaining a comfortable living environment.
