RAT INFESTATION!! That’s what you get when you move in here. VESTA REALTY does not keep up with this complex and does not care about the residents. I’ve lived here for 5 years, they took over about two and a half years in and let this once beautiful complex turn into a straight trash pit, literally! Flooding apartments? YOU GOT IT! Leaky roofs? COME ON BY! Pot holes that will ruin your car? ABSOLUTELY! Want your mail stolen everyday? Or your water to be cut off consistently because VESTA REALTY doesn’t pay the bill?? How about the homeless and addicts coming through the complex and breaking into cars at night bc there’s zero security or lights around the complex! This place is disgusting! The 2 photos of the patio are actually they model unit they show you ... That doesn't tell you all you need to know that place is trashy the workers are lazy and very rude. There's a reason $400 move in and 50% off 2nd month. Spoke with 2 separate residents, both told us they hated it they're not to lease at this place that's really sad! And when asked about the trash they said because of the holidays that's why the bins were overflowing please review these and trust the reviews that place is worse in person!

I have lived here for 8 years. In Phase 2 at first then in Phase 1 for the last 5 years. It is so sad to see what’s become of this apartment complex. It is so drastically different from when I first moved in. Now I am too embarrassed to even have guests over anymore. Even before the whole garbage chaos. Which has been abandoned for 3 weeks now. The garbage is suffocating to look at, it’s spilled over and flowing into the parking lot. I can’t even imagine what the Waste Management employees are in for when the bills do finally get paid. Those poor guys. I also have to warn any of my guests that I do have over to make sure they don’t walk through the grass, due to all the pet waste. I stay there for a number of years when I first moved there they were under a different management company and they pretty much handled things on time they didn't have a lot of issues with the gate. After the new company took over there were issues with the gate it constantly stayed open you had homeless people running in and out of the complex as the as they pleased. The mail boxes kept being vandalized. They started having issues with huge rats I caught a few in my own apartment and put in a ticket because there was a big hole that came behind my refrigerator never had issues with rats or rodents before this new company I also paid a professional company to do a move clean up move out for me to make sure everything was spic and span and they tried to charge me additional funds for cleani

Terrible, terrible place to live. We moved in here partially because of the new floors, the place looking decent enough and with the gates it seemed like a nice enough apartment to live in. After living here for a year, the gates have not worked for anymore than 2 months of the 12 we have spent here. They’ve been broken and on the ground of the parking lot for the last 4-6months at least, allowing free access to the apartments for any and all drug addicts that just happen to pass by. Secondly, the maintenance crew themselves are good enough workers. I assume they are overworked and understaffed. However, the front office is very unhelpful and clueless when it comes to getting any sort of maintenance done. We have had the bathtub, closet, and under our bed in our bedroom flood with gray wat
