Woodland North Apartments

Rita has been so helpful with getting us settled here in Seattle, she even went out of her way to give me a good starting point when applying to a new job. We had to move during the stressful pandemic and Rita was willing to work with our rental assistance. I love the grounds, it is surrounded by lush gardens and a forest in the back. It has been pretty quiet and peaceful for us! Thankful for Woodland north apartments and staff!

I enjoyed living up top on the big hill! I have had a Studio and a one bedroom! 9 years and love the new management who took over a few years back!! Beautifully out of town!

I moved in a few weeks ago I love it here! Management has been so helpful move in process was a breeze Tatiana checks in makes sure I'm okay I'm grateful for such a beautiful apartment and community 🥰

First of all, it is located in a beautiful place with Burke-Gilman Trail and Lake Washington nearby. Secondly, the apartment itself has safe homely environment. After more than 6 months of living here, we love the place. Not to forget, manager Rita is so friendly and helpful. She is always ready to help for anything as fast as she can even during the weekends. The only drawback we have felt till now is, if you are living in the ground level, you can feel (strongly) people walking and children running over your unit.

I had the easiest time with the rental process at Woodland North. Rita, the office manager, was extremely kind and made everything really easy for me. She stayed in contact with me the entire time during the application process and that gave me great peace of mind. The apartments are really cute inside and newly remodeled so that's a plus! Overall, I would have to say this was a very smooth leasing process, and I'm happy to say that Rita made it happen for me! Thank you for everything!
