Woodland Manor Townhomes

Been living here since 2010. Nice & peaceful for the most part. Got some wild & loud neighbors but not around me Update as of 2025......... landlord not around ran now by apartment store. Maintenance not around all the time. Ask to fix something may take forever. Potholes all through the shell (parking/driving area) never fixes them right. We have a black bear right now. Most exciting part is it walks through my yard & I love it! Built in the 70's original doors & same windows. When it is winter electric bill goes up to around 600$ b/c everything is electric. THEY REALLY NEED 2 DO UPGRADES! Bow they rent to college students b/c they also run college apts in the area. So I can only imagine what this place is gonna be like during winter brk etc. Hopefully they go bk 2 California e

Amazing setting for a quiet family friendly atmosphere! Maintenance has made sure to take care of everything and has been very quick to fix anything we have needed. Also they’re extremely respectful of privacy and working around schedules! By far my favorite home I have had yet!

Beautiful area with a great apartment. Very clean when i moved in. The little community here is so friendly! Feels so much safer than living in the city. Management has been great as well. They really keep it looking nice and respond to any issues promptly. Happy I decided to live here!

The apartments were in an absolutely gorgeous setting, very quiet neighborhood and fairly close to everything. I lived here for 2 years and while I loved the layout of the apartment, it was incredibly difficult to heat because the windows leaked so much. My neighbors smoked like trains so my apartment smelled of smoke constantly. Maintenance was good for the most part, although toward the end we had a window screen that was to be replaced that never was, and the towel bar in the bathroom that came off the wall I had requested to be fixed twice that didn't happen. Would have stayed longer, but rent goes up with every lease renewal, which didn't sit right with me on top of all the other fees you have to pay. I spent a little over a year here. The atmosphere and character of the area is amazing. I had a creek running from my backyard and the surrounding outdoors was a nice look when you wake up in the morning. The property manager is very active and is willing to help with any difficulties. The place is also very affordable, and they will allow you to potentially add on any amenities (I had a dishwasher and washer/dryer rented and installed). If I could recommend an apartment place it would be here!
