Woodland Hills Apartments

As a 24 year old looking for his first apartment, so far it's been great, no complaints. The staff at the front are exceptionally awesome. Very friendly and they are happy to help. Ive been in a studio apartment for about a week, and it's pretty cool. It's small, but cozy. Rent is fair and affordable for anyone with a regular 9-5 job. These aren't $1500 apartments, so don't expect every unit to be brand new or 100% free of issues, but so far, any complaints I've seen have been purely cosmetic and insignificant to my comfort, such as missing paint behind cabinets, unfinished trim in small corners, etc. For my age, my income, and my style of living, this place is perfect for me. Management is truly one of the best parts of living here they’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to questions or concerns. Maintenance is just as great; requests are handled promptly and the team does a thorough job every time. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community. The property is well-maintained and feels like a comfortable place to call home. I would definitely recommend Woodland Hills Apartments to anyone looking for a well-run and welcoming place to live.

Jasmine, Josie, & Ginger are the best management team I’ve ever dealt with. Fast and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move in. Their knowledge, expertise and team work is unmatched. I went to Windsail Apartments, Silver Oaks apartments and the devotion to customer service was no match to The team at Woodland Hills Apartments. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly, and the staff always follows up to make sure everything was taken care of properly. The property itself is cleaner, quiet, and well-maintained. It’s super convenient—Walmart is just down the road, the mall is only a few minutes away, and there are tons of restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials nearby. I love that I don’t have to drive far for anything I need.
