Woodland Creek Townhomes and Apartments

I love the office people Jairy and skylla! They are super helpful they’re my go to people for anything and can count on them being here for me. and love the maintenance guys super efficient and friendly overall Dwight who is my usual tech and I’m getting ready to know new techs like Richard and John are super kind and love all the team here at woodland creek. I did want to add that I really don’t understand how a great property manager like Andrew was let go it reminds me of then Catherine was let go I wish we could have them back!

I just wanna give four stars to Nicole and Jamie. Jamie is the rockstar with our maintenance requests. He is always nice and kind no matter what the request even on his busy days. And Nicole, has always been super amazing and understanding, and also helpful to resolving any issues.

Completely loving the maintenance after management changes although before was never an issue either. I had 3 things on my work order one night and they were all completed the next day before I returned home. The neighborhood has always been great to me but it just keeps getting better. I plan to be here for a while :)

I first called on November 12th to state my washer was not working. NOBODY contacted me at all for 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks and was told by the girl in the office she would find out info and call me back. She didn’t call back and I had to call and inquire again. They sent someone within that day. The gentleman came and said he will get a new one. Another 2 weeks later I call again. Not only did they not come or call they closed my work order as completed. I called yet again. Finally she calls back and says sorry for confusion but you’re not getting a new one. A gentleman comes and attempts to fix it. It worked for 2 loads. I called again. Again was told on a Thursday I will call you back by girl in office. On Thursday she said that. The following Tuesday I called and asked where the

1st day here.No heat, hot water doesn't get hot Just warm.A lot of problems that needed to be fixed like the tub, needs to be resurfaced. Cracks in the wall.Separation of the foundation vent covers does not fit the entire opening not enough lighting , you have to provide your own in more than one room ventilation system needs to be severely cleaned walls are thin. Landscape needs attending to A lot of spider web hanging around the property. Office seems to have a lot of problems with lack of communication amongst each other I'm only giving it one star solely on the fact of two staff members that I have come in contact with skylar and dawhite unfortunately, those 2 people alone can't make up for the poorly handling of the move in experience.
