Woodland Commons Apartments

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the maintenance staff especially Jorge pozo at this apartment community. They are consistently responsive, professional, and courteous. Work orders are handled promptly, and the team takes the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair process. Every interaction has been respectful and efficient, and the quality of work has been reliable and thorough. It is reassuring to know that maintenance requests are treated with urgency and care. Their dedication significantly contributes to a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. Thank you for maintaining high standards and providing dependable service.

I needed my microwave replaced they were quick to respond to my maintenance request, order was placed immediately and received within a week. In the past I've needed maintenance for a leak, they responded quite fast and fully resolved within a week (at no expense to me). I have had the same maintenance man almost every time I've needed anything and he's professional, polite, efficient, and always willing to help. I appreciate all the work they've done and I can safely say that woodland commons is the best apartment complex I've lived at, even when life throws curveballs the staff are friendly, understanding, and reliable!

Woodland is one of the top places to live in in the Crossroads/ Wilburton area. The apartments are super clean and well maintained. In the two apartments I lived in, the walls and floors were in great condition and kitchen appliances and cabinets were in pristine condition.One feature I like about this complex is the "whisper fan" which a quiet fan that runs in the bathroom ceiling to control humidity. I have lived 6 or 7 apartment complexes in the area and Woodland Commons is the only one that has this feature. You get a nice patio and an outer storage room. The entirety of staff, in person or online, is very helpful and professional. Patrick at the leasing office has been my hero. He helped resolve a couple of issues and was very patient with me during transfer - guiding me throughout

My partner and I were locked out because of a door jam and we had fresh groceries with us 😭. Jorge Pozo was the technician who helped us, this was around 10pm so we're very thankful and he was super nice! He even replaced our keypad lock within 10 minutes. Thank you so much!
