Woodland Bluff Apartments

I've enjoyed living here for the past two years. Rents are going up but it's still one of the most affordable places to live. Maintenance and management are great!

Woodland Bluff is a great community, my family and I love living here. The apartment has plenty of space for my family and the rent is extremely affordable and includes the water! The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed our expectations. The grounds are beautiful and my kids love the playground!

The complex itself is clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the office person strung along my niece with constantly needing new paystubs for over a month and never seemed to make progress. Thankfully my niece found an apartment elsewhere, in a much quicker time frame.

Don’t know why anyone would want to live here. awful management. the housing isnt that nice, the walls get gross even if you put a hand on them. cockroaches are in every apartment no matter how clean. the managers are very rude.

If only there were more positive things to say about this complex. The apts are nice and spacious...but that's where the positives end. The company isn't the most trustworthy. And there is a lot of shady occurrences. Avoid at all costs.
