I just want to give a huge shout-out to Denny! for being absolutely amazing in apartment management. He is genuinely one of the most helpful and professional people I’ve ever worked with. Any time I had a question or needed something, he handled it quickly, kindly, and with so much attention to detail. It makes such a difference to have someone to take care of you who is approachable 💖

I am sharing an honest and detailed account of my two years residing in this complex (specifically Buildings 4 and 13) The Good (Pros) 1.The complex is situated perfectly, offering quick and easy access to convenient stores, local shops, and major amenities without heavy traffic hassle. 2.The on-site technicians and maintenance staff are highly skilled, prompt, and consistently respectful. Issues (Cons) 1.Expect severe and disruptive water pipe breaks at least 2-3 times per year. This is a regular, recurring issue in my stay. 2.Due to the older houses the consumption of power is too much on the units. So the electricity bill is usually higher. 3.The walls are notably thin, resulting in major noise bleed. You can hear neighbors' conversations and all manner of volumes clearly, severely im

Great place to live if you like to smell marijuana smoke and when you tell the office staff about it they do nothing but they leave a notice of eviction warning if you do maintenance on your car . While one of the maintenance workers can do all the work on his car on property with nothing said. It’s truly sad when they do nothing about the weed smoke . But can’t repaint the walls when you move in or replace carpet with stains on them but once you move out they will charge you for everything.

Horrible place to live. I lived here for 3 years. Very old and management never repairs any issues. They just patch it up! Office staff is rude, they were nice at first and very friendly but that quickly changed. Maintenance was also very weird. I had one of the maintenance guy come on my back porch and was looking through my window. He saw me sitting there and jumped. I called management and they said he’s been working there for 20 years so I have nothing to worry about. I was very upset and didn’t feel safe. I would give this place a zero!!!!

This is not ok do not move here. They started construction after telling everybody on paper they we’re only doing the back patio and utility closet area. As you see from there responding to other people. They do not care. They are telling you to call the office and the only compensation I got from them tearing where I live down is do I wanna move out. Meanwhile they just raised the rent and telling everybody the improvement of the community is for our own good. Without a doubt the worst place I have ever lived. The things I loved the most when we first moved in are gone. New owners has made this place hell. Do not come to woodlake park. On top of all of that the washer and dryer connections we pay for. That’s on the back patio they have knocked down. Now we are all paying for the laundroma
