Woodlake on the Bayou

Wasting $40 on parking for starters. Just forge a placard or start parking in any spot you please. They aren’t going to tow if someone stole your $40 baking pan sheet awning spot, and you can’t even doing anything about towing until the office opens up. Constant plumbing issues, can’t even use my half bath since the main plumbing line of the building decided to end its life on top of Richdale not caring about doing any infrastructural maintenance. Roof leaking staining the walls and invites a healthy coat of mold for you and your loved ones to inhale. Damaged faucets that provide terrible water pressure and water heaters that hesitate to heat. Utility connections sloppily connected and our own vent pipe for the plumbing wasn’t even connected so it contributed to flooding. Don’t get me star

Move in/out was very easy. The office was very communicative and handled any issues promptly. We only had one maintenance request and it was handled within’ 24hrs. Awesome people, quiet community.

I met with Kelly S. today and she is awesome! Very friendly and professional. She had no issue walking me to the unit in 100° heat and the unit was a little ways from the leasing office. She also told me of all the amenities offered at the complex. It's a very serene and clean complex. She even picked up a few discarded items on our walk back to the office, which shows how much she cares about the community and it's presentation. I highly recommend this townhome and apartment complex.

I told the apartment office over a week ago that someone left a cage full of poop and rotten food below the stairs and that it was unsanitary and horrible to live by that. They never took care of it and tonight I arrive and there’s now a raccoon trapped in there. This is without doubt one of the worst places you can get stuck living here in Houston. They don’t care to maintain the apartments even to a humane level.

I have serious safety and privacy concerns at this property. On one occasion, someone tried to break into my apartment and was peeping inside, clearly violating my privacy. Alarmingly, this person had an access key to my apartment. Later, it was discovered that he was an employee of the management company, but he did not have any uniform or official identification to show he was on legitimate duty. Despite repeatedly reporting these serious security and safety issues, management has been uncooperative, dismissive, and at times rude. Tenant safety and privacy do not appear to be a priority here. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values security and professional management.
