Woodlake Oaks

Pretty heavily disappointed at move-in, IT TOOK FOUR DAYS TO GET A SHOWER ROD I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO EVEN GET. Baseboards weren’t finished, painted or broken, in MULTIPLE places. Paint wasn’t done or overpainted in some places, outlets broken or not even attached to the wall, some walls are warped, and floors aren’t level, I can literally hear what’s under the carpet moving under my feet, and the various dips, massive holes in the bathroom cabinets, hinges are broken or heavily painted over, AC cover looks like it was used for war… While the apartment inside is for the most part nice, aside from what’s shown, the buildings themselves could use a good cleaning (the amount of spider webs covering everything is something I’ve literally never seen before) While the garage spots are semi-

Horrible location. “Trevor Garcia” one of the worst Managers, very rude behavior and lazy. Soto} the security guard, keeps flashing his lights at us. He keeps racially profiling me, As we were looking for a home for my young son, we noticed “3511” feed the stray cats and, purposely throw kitty litter on other neighbors patio space with pictures for proof, hammered opened their fence to allow cats in and out there balcony. The cats are flea infested! The Security guard “Angel” & {Soto} they are the worst, and he harassed residents!

I have been living here for about four months and so far I love it for the most part. My apartment is spacious for a great price and all of my appliances came in great working order aside from my microwave that was broken (no handle and the glass cover was falling off) but they fixed it within 48hrs of me putting in a work order. Everyone in the office is friendly and greets you with a smile. I do have some safety concerns due to the area and hearing of neighbors apartments being broken into. A couple months ago a man did try to get into my apartment while I was home but my door was locked so he walked away after trying the handle a few times. I would recommend making sure you have your safety precautions in place, but otherwise I do really enjoy living here, especially with how affordabl

I am a senior and am currently retired. I was looking for a clean and affordable place to live, and I found it at Woodlake Oaks! Trevor, Tracy, Haslly and Linette in the office were all extremely helpful, professional and very patient with me concerning my many questions. Haslly, in particular, was incredibly helpful, and was key in getting me settled quickly and efficiently in my new home. My new apartment was immaculately clean and prepared for my arrival. The cleaning crew and maintenance staff did a superlative job in getting my new apartment ready. I love the neighborhood, the location, and being close to Westheimer. I am extremely happy and love my new home at Woodlake Oaks! I am hoping and praying that this will be my home for the rest of my life on earth, God willing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The roaches are out of control. You are not safe in these apartments. The gate constantly breaks down. Security is a joke. He just stays parked in one spot and does nothing.The building looks like it is about to collapse. Just walk around and find out for yourself. Save your money and look elsewhere.
