Woodlake Apartments

I am moving in this week — just got keys today actually — and want to applaud the staff here for such a seamless move-in process. I’ve moved A LOT, and this has by far been the most pleasant experience. My apartment was pristine from the moment I walked in the door. You can really tell the staff cares about this place, inside and out. And for Albany, you can’t beat the location and price. Looking forward to calling Woodlake home for hopefully a long time!

I lived at Woodlake Apartments for about 9 years; I only moved due to purchasing a home. The office staff was extremely helpful and always got back to me promptly. If there was ever an issue, they worked hard to resolve it in a timely manner. The location was perfect and easily accessible to everywhere in the Capital Region. The grounds were well-maintained and were great in the summer for a swim or during any beautiful day for a walk.

Heather and Zoee in the office have great customer service and are highly recommended!!! I have been at woodlake for a year and it is a great place to live. The ladies in the office always help me promptly whenever I need something with my apartment addressed and are always happy to help. Couldn’t be happier!!

My partner and I lived at Woodlake for three years and just moved out due to a job change. Overall, our experience was EXCELLENT and we are sad to leave. Pros: The apartments are older styled, but well kept, clean and appliances were new. The price was significantly lower than other complexes of similar quality in the Albany area. If there were any non-urgent maintenance issues or concerns, they would be addressed within one business day. The team in the leasing office were excellent through every step of the way. Heather, Lori, and Zoee were always professional, prompt in their responses, and solution oriented. Our neighbors were all very kind, quiet, friendly. The entire complex is non-smoking. I have been living in Woodlake for a year and a half. This community is really serene and people living here are polite and friendly. Gillian and Heather in the front office are always kind and helpful. My apartment in the 1st floor has some bugs during summer time, but that’s expected considering the lakes and plants. Overall, it is a great experience living here. I have to move due to relocation. Thanks for all the staff working in Woodlake, you guys did a fantastic job!
