Woodington Garden Apartments

i do not recommend living here you have too deal with the attitudes with the rental office people, they don't care about the residents, apartments is infested and they leave you in your unit with mold the materials cheap so they be breaking every month . the maintenance takes forever to come and fix them cheap materials so glad i got away it was depressing living there can’t even be comfortable in your own home mice be biting through the walls they aint come fix it they patched it and the mice ate through it & all they care about is money they need to really break them apartments down its not safe for nobody or kids to live in moldy infested apartments and the number that be responding back to these reviews be fake nobody contacts you back they do not care about residents!

This place is terrible. They try to get you. Staff is disrespectful. They do your paper work. They lie about things. Don't move here its terrible. Mice and roaches and all.

Maintenance need to do better in reference to maintaining repairs especially wear and tare,the amount of time it takes for someone to fix something is too long other than that it is ok..

I would never suggest someone one to live here at all roach and mice infestation you barm the. Apartment it's still there not roach not dieing they just hide next door on the other apartment and they want a lot of money so if you to much I suggest you go somewhere better then this place and it's mold in the place and dirty this place and the woods need to be burn down an and restructand rebuild from the ground on up

The management Ms Michelle and Monique will take ya money lie and it’s nice and roach infested need to be remodeled and new management
