Woodhills Apartments

We met with Will at Woodhills Apartments on 3/052026. Will was very knowledgeable and it was a joyable visit with him. We are still reviewing all the information and we will definitely consider Woodhills for a future home. There a few things we have to work out yet, but should know in a couple of months or so. If I could leave zero stars I would. Friend of mine lives there. I had to come shovel her out during the big snow storm because they failed to shovel sidewalks, and every car was plowed in on the one time plow went through. They never salted the parking lot and only salted the sidewalks once. Then told my friend it’s not their responsibility to do that - they do it to be helpful! Excuse me what?? It’s an apartment. That’s why people rent apartments to not have to worry about grass, snow and maintenance. They also pay way too much for how trashy the apartments look. Everything is about cutting corners. Poor paint jobs, painters paint over cabinets, door frames, etc. a kid could do a better job. Maintenance takes forever. Overall poor looking property compared to the photos shared online an

Love this place and the office staff. A great variety of types of units and amenities. If you ever have an issue they are always very helpful and get things taken care of. Location to shopping and dining is a plus and rent isn’t too bad compared to other apartments in the area.

I really enjoy living my at Woodhills apartment complex. Kept very nice by the maintenance and the yard crew. Always friendly Amy and Hannah helped me out tremendously.

I have had such a great experience from the start. I moved here from an hour away, but have a few other friends that live in the community, and I know how happy they have been here. I am happy to be a part of our community. My neighbors are friendly, the grounds are clean, and I never hear noise.
