Woodhaven at Park Bridge Apartments

Move in process was glitchy. Eventhough I was told the move in date so earlier, I was told the morning I started for move in that they may need more time. After having back and forth calls, I got the keys to the apartment by the end of the day. After signing the papers and writing the check, I got into the apartment to see that it was not cleaned properly. Walking barefoot on the floors, I saw my foot turning black with all the soot like dirt on the floor. Microwave had greasy stuff remaining from the cleaning on the door. Oven storage drawer had grease like stuff. I had to clean the fridge racks with running water, because they were dirty. From the first contact to the final walkthrough, Tiara was responsive, helpful, and made the entire move-in process a joy. The apartments are well-maintained, the location in Alpharetta is perfect, and the amenities (pool, dog park, etc.) are top-notch. Eric just moved us in, smooth experience. Only issue is with pests. We moved around 10 days back and We are on floor 2, still we are getting silver fish and roaches.

I love my home. Maintenance is efficient and on time. Kurt is an Excellent manager, He takes time to know and help his residents. Eric ALWAYS HAS A POSITIVE AND GREAT ATTITUDE!! I enjoy hearing him answer when I call for help. Thank you guys for all that you do🫶🏼

We absolutely love living at Woodhaven at Park Bridge! This is truly one of the best apartment communities in Alpharetta. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is friendly and professional, and the community itself feels safe and welcoming. But what really makes the difference here is our property manager, Kurt — he’s a true hero! He turned everything around after previous management struggles and brought order and care back to the community. We’re so grateful for him and can’t imagine living anywhere else!
