Woodfield Park Apartments

This place is becoming a joke! The office lady has no clue what she is doing and they keep breaking tenant laws. Not giving proper 24 hour notice before coming in for non emergency maintenance or inspections. The entire complex has a big big issue and some tests aren't even reporting because the office isn't treating it like it should. So, they keep having bed bugs without the issue being taken care of. Just do the heat treatments already and stop being cheap and spraying when it's not doing anything and waiting so far between treatments. They don't care if tenants are causing issues with neighbors. They don't adapt to those with disabilities in order for them to live in their units. Maintenance takes forever to get things fixed. It's a nice complex but it will be ram down with lack of pro

Very nice apartments, peaceful, bus stop close. I just come to visit my girlfriend, she lives here. At least her place is really nice. Has a little playground and picnic area for your kids and family. Not really a problem finding parking. Another bonus is if you like to sing the apartments are built outside in a way that they have great acoustics. I really like this place.
