Casey Dews was very helpful and kind. She provided great customer service and was with you every step of the way. Because of my experience with her alone I would refer anyone to Woodcrest. The apartment is cute and what I needed.

This morning I had a very amazing experience of viewing an apartment with Casey, she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she introduced herself, she was welcoming and friendly. Casey's genuinely made the entire experience enjoyable. She answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. If you're looking for an apartment and get the chance to have Casey as your tour guide you're in good hands.

Woodcrest Apartments has shown great hospitality and this is a great place to live. The cottages are amazing and the staff is also equally friendly and super helpful. The maintenance men are on the ball as well! Great place for you and your family to call home.

I went on a tour today at Country Village Apartment Homes. My experience was wonderful. Casey was very helpful and informative through the whole process which motivated me to put in an application with the hopes to move in this month! 🥰

If I could give 0 STARS I would. They do not fix appliances in a timely fashion. The maintenance guys have absolutely no clue what they are doing. The property manager is very rude as well as the receptionist when you are calling about issues with your apartment. The hallway smells horrible and the people they hire to clean up the hallways leave spider webs and use some bad smelling cleaner! I literally have to hold my breathe until I get outside. I would never rent from them again.
