Apt177 Alex came for my maintenance request. I never have a problem when he comes by to fix anything. He is very knowledgeable about what’s going on in this instance it was my water it was not getting hot at all he fixed the problem in a timely fashion no more than 15 minutes. He is absolutely the best maintenance personnel I have encountered here.

I’m writing this review to help others avoid the stress, wasted time, and money I experienced during the leasing process with this property. I’m not sure if the issue is disorganization or a lack of communication, but throughout the entire process I was repeatedly given inaccurate information. I originally posted a negative review but removed it after speaking with the property manager, who assured me they would follow up. I was told I would receive a call within 30 minutes of 1 PM on January 28th. Today is February 2nd, and I still have not received a single call or email. What’s frustrating is that I sent multiple emails with no response, yet the moment I posted a review, I immediately received a phone call about the review itself. They NEVER answer the phones but AS SOON as you write a review they’re quick to respond. It shouldn’t take all that to get things resolved when you’re paying rent on time every month with no problem. We tenants should be an PRIORITY. They also charge you for EVERYTHING

My Move In experience was great! The customer service from the Manager Patrice and the assistant manager Brianna were very helpful! They both took the time and patience to fulfill the application and move in process an easy flow. The manager Patrice was very helpful with my application process, the explanation of monthly fees and other amenities that the property provides. She made sure that everything was explained thoroughly and completed everything in a timely manner. Patrice showed me an upgraded one bedroom one bath, which is the largest floor plan and I fell in love with the apartment the day I completed my walk-through.
