Woodbury Park At Courthouse Apartments

I've been here almost 10 years. The property is on its third management company (Capriet) and they are even worse than the previous company Drucker Faulk. I dont know what internal issues AHC had or is having to relinquish management to third parties but its been trash. Met with an attitude & absolutely no customer service if the phone is answered is tiresome and irritating. The one decent staff we did have Mr Carlos Lazos was here over 20 years Capriet came in he trained them and they fired him. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here now.

Living here was unacceptable. The building has a severe roach infestation, and while management does call pest control, it is typically five days after an issue is reported. In that time, residents are forced to deal with roaches crawling openly during the day. These delays, coupled with ineffective treatments, make it clear the problem is never truly resolved. The so-called “solutions” are temporary at best and do nothing to eliminate the infestation long-term. On top of that, package theft is a regular occurrence, with little to no effort from management to prevent it. For the rent being charged, tenants should expect safe, sanitary, and secure housing. Instead, this property is infested, unsafe, and grossly mismanaged. Management is negligent and should be held accountable for failing

I have enjoyed my stay at Woodbury Park so much for the past 2 years. What has made it particularly comfortable is the fact that when any of the equipment gets faulty or needs attention, maintenance is prompt to attend to it with professionalism and expertise. MARTIN and WALTER are the two maintenance gentlemen who have worked in my apartment and they are very knowledgeable, and work with speed and precision. I am so happy and have peace of mind knowing that if anything needs to be fixed or attended to in my apartment there is a solid maintenance team that will knock it out of the park in no time. I have enjoyed greatly working with Natalia in the leasing office as she has been extremely responsive, helpful, and kind during the move in process. She has gone above and beyond even after our lease was signed to make sure everything worked well for us as we moved in to our apartment a few weeks ago.

I'm pleased to meet and work with Natalia at the leasing office during my application process. Communication wise, she was timely responsive and willing to help and fix all issues at any time. She went above and beyond to make sure I had smooth and fast process. The manager as well is very helpful and immediately stepped in to fix an issue we had with one of the keys. Staff at the leasing office are always welcoming and respectful. I'm excited and looking forward to start my new journey living at Woodbury Park.
