Woodbury Manor Apartments

The landlord is rude and a fraud. He does not fix the problems on the property. Refrigerator went beginning of November 2024, he didn’t care, beginning of January while I was at work, Men showed up at my door. I spoke with them over myring doorbell and I told them I wasn’t home and they ignored me. I left work and came home to the maintenance man and a tenant in my kitchen. Now there are other issues taking place because of the landlord’s negligence and he also allows people who aren’t on the lease to stay in someone else’s apartment who has moved out. There are 10 people living next door and my apartment constantly shakes and there’s always screaming. And no I’m not being dramatic and every time I have told the office they tell me to call the cops which I’m not interested in doing. We get

This is the worst place I ever lived at in my life it’s only convenient for my children to play other then that they need alot of work done and management is very rude about concerns I feel like I live in the projects they never have a answer for anything you say I feel like they need to have the code enforcement to go to every place because this is crazy how we have to live out here and not only that I told them about all my problems they half as fix anything they only care about rent that’s it they living good while the tenants complaining and no changes and you can’t speak to anyone I give it no stars Honestly

Para empezar los depósitos son un robo descarado, nunca te lo regresan, cuando se daña algo , llámese aires, nevera, lavadora y secadora, nunca reparan, y todo servicio lleva sobre cargo. Ellos quieren que cada inquilino se mueva cada año para robarle su depósito. Son ladrones legales. Jamás volveré a vivir ahí.

Estos apartamentos están hubicados en una buena área lastimosamente an subido muy alta la renta y no vale la pena porque no les dan mantenimiento a menos que los arrendatarios se salgan . Y le dan una pasadita para volverlos a rentar por lo menos si estuviera en buenas condiciones valdría la pena pagar lo que cobran de renta .
