Woodbridge Apartments

My husband, and I (and my mom) lived there for three years. We loved the spacious garage. The two bedroom apartment was enough space for us. It's quiet for the most part. It's on a good location, very close to the Zoo. Natalie was always a professional with us and always answered our calls. We moved to another state but if we hadn't moved, we would still be living there.

Nice apartments for good prices, but the management is awful. The property manager doesn’t pick up her phone or answer emails, -10/10 customer service. Good luck trying to even schedule a tour or ask a simple question. Don’t waste your time.

The management has never been a problem for me. Natalie is always there whenever I have anything to speak with her about, and she goes out of her way to get to my requests. Maintenance is definitely a plus as well, every time I put in a work order it is attended to ASAP without a problem. The apartments are also a very affordable price compared to others around the Bismarck-Mandan area, especially for their size and appearance. The presentation to my apartment was very thorough and the apartment itself was spotless. I have been completely satisfied with everything involving this property and its management.

I'm honestly confused with all of the horrible reviews. I have lived here since October of 2020 and I have zero complaints. Natalie has been easy to reach for me and hasn't been rude to me. Every maintenance request I've ever put in has been taken care of almost immediately. I've never had something uncompleted for more than four hours after submitting a request. The apartments are beautiful inside and I felt very safe living here the entire time. Natalie even helped transition me smoothly from a one bed one bath across the hallway facing the parking lot into a two bed two bath on the other side of the building with more privacy. You're close to Sibley park and there is also a brand new park across the street for children to play. I will definitely miss my apartment. I had great neighbors

I’m giving my most honest review of my time at this apartment building in hopes it can help someone else out. When I first moved in, the apartment building was brand new as construction had just finished. Here is what I experienced: •When I entered my apartment for the first time there were construction materials left behind, dead bugs through out the apartment, the closet doors were not attached, the island was damaged, my deadbolt only had one screw in it, and there was paint, dirt, and scratches on the brand new floor. •The first night, I spent nearly three hours filling out the move in report due to all the damage in my apartment. •The elevator was not functional for the first 3 months living in the building. This typically was not an issue as I am capable of climbing stairs, however i
