Wood Grove Place Centerville

I had a 3 bedroom and I loved this apt. Close to everything I had the best neighbors. It did flood alot when the rain was bad. I always had the support of maintenance that fixed the issue in a timely manner. It's such a nice area.

My boyfriend and I lived in Patterson park for 8 months before we left early because we couldn't take living there anymore. Pros Rent was cheap for 2 bedrooms Washer and dryer hook ups Cons The upstairs, downstairs and next to us apartments were so noisy and obnoxious that we could hardly sleep at night , we made multiple complaints but nothing was done. If you want to use the heat or ac, prepare for the air coming out to smell like cigarettes, neither of us smoked but to be comfortable we had to live with the smell of other people's cigarettes There's only a few regular sized trash cans per building, so whilst moving out we had a lot to throw away but all of the trash cans were full so we had to leave a lot of garbage behind since our lease was up on a Friday and trash was on Tuesday a

i wish i couldve rated it as a zero. I have lived in woodgrove apts a year now and the entire time i have been terribly disappointed. I lived in 300-c and my patio and the landscaping outside my sliding door floods everytime it rains, the back door has a puddle 6 inches deep, in the winter my sister who was 9 months pregnant fell and busted her butt, i had to carry my newborn and my toddler and fell they half ass shovel if they even do and they dont salt at all. My stove caught on fire and i have been without a stove for 4 days now but it took someone over 13 hours to show up after the accident. the appliances are crap!! my dishwasher doent dry, the oven doesnt cook to temp, and windows are old as dirt i had to put bubble wrap over my windows and doors in the winter to keep from having

Absolutely only if youre desperate live here. Drug trafficking is horrible.
