We had such a wonderful experience working with Tyan during our move! From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and seamless for my family. Although these apartments are older, the management team takes care of the community and residents. In general, it is quiet with good neighbors. For the two years I lived at this community, I was 100% satisfied with the customer service received. Thanks to Claudia and Tyan for your kindness, callbacks and time to answer questions. I highly recommend putting Wood Creek on your list to view. Can't forget the maintenance team. Y'all are awesome!

As a local moving company, we've moved dozens of residents out of Wood Creek at Roswell over the past 3 - 4 years. While our interactions with the staff were always positive, it's clear that many residents have had negative experiences. Common complaints include poor communication, unresponsive maintenance, significant pest issues, and loitering in the complex. It's important to note that we've never moved anyone into this complex, which is a telling sign. Prospective residents should carefully consider these factors before making a decision. **Again, I add that this is from our perspective as movers and the feedback of our customers. The maintenance and leasing staff has always been very helpful and polite when we encountered.

Guys!! I'm so happy getting an apartment here all thanks to the manager L. Bizzaro, she's such a sweet person, she really outdid herself by working through it all with me, and making sure I get the comfort that I needed. The environment is conducive and serene. Just a word, she makes sure, everything is in order. Thank you Letty for being so kind and attentive to me.
