Steer clear! This is a non responsive, third rate company. There are senior citizens living in each of the three apartments here, and the snow removal is terrible. There are slip and falls waiting to happen every day. They kicked one of the neighbors out with zero explanation. That neighbor is a disabled senior citizen with cancer and nowhere to go. I suppose they think it's the 1800s and it's hard nosed business tactics to be the 2026 embodiment of Ebenezer Scrooge. If it could be negative stars, it would be

If you’re like me, you typically research reviews before arriving at a decision on almost everything. Based upon the ones below, I was a bit hesitant to utilize Wolverton, but I still gave them a chance, as I know from my professional career that property management isn’t the easiest field to be in and there are many variables at play which often are outside the hands of these companies. Fortunately, I am glad that I did give them a chance. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped me with almost anything I needed during my years renting with Wolverton. There will always be issues that arise , but he was always completely upfront with me on the status of anything that needed work. I highly recommend him in particular.

We enjoyed living at a Wolverton & Co managed property! Our apartment was clean and everything was working properly when we moved in. When we had a maintenance issue, Mike and Will were responsive and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The team was also respectful of us having an infant for showings when we were on our way out. Most importantly, Mike and Will were friendly and professional in our dealings with them. Much appreciated in these difficult Covid times. Thanks guys!

I had the misfortune of living in a property managed by Wolverton for a year. At move-in, we made a list of repairs needing attention with Mike that were never addressed in my year there despite multiple calls and emails (mold in the basement, our back sliding door lock didn’t work and had a 2x4 beam as the “lock”). If you are a property owner considering them, don’t. They will neglect preventative repairs and maintenance on top of treating tenants so poorly that you will all but guarantee them leaving after the end of the first lease. If you are a prospective tenant, look elsewhere. This company is a joke and will not take your service requests seriously.

I have lived at a Wolverton property for the past 3 years. There has been a history of delayed responsiveness, but recently I have noticed much bigger issues. The basement of the property I now rent has had flooding since April 2020. This was pointed out when it was noticed in April, but no changes were made despite repeated issues with small amounts of water when it rained. After a heavy rain in July the entire basement was covered in 2 inches of sewage backflow. Wolverton Employees (Patrick McMahon and Chuck) were dispatched and helped to dry out the basement, but did nothing lasting to fix the problem. The severe flooding happened again in August, and they dried it again, and then put up new drywall with a gap at the bottom of the wall (in case more water comes in) before fixing ongoi
