Think twice. Don't get screwed and make sure you get things done that you want. Bought a house from them, and everything was perfect and going just fine for the whole process. Unfortunately, I know the sellers broke the garage before moving in, and so did our agent. The day we showed up, the sellers were nice enough (so we thought to go over stuff about the house) to meet us and explain things about the house. They pretty much left in a hurry by the time we got to the garage. As soon as they left, we noticed that the one garage would not open, and my agent was here too and saw it unplugged, and then we noticed it was broken. Stephen is the best realtor I have worked with. He is a kind understanding man that goes with the flow. He has also helped me out since I’ve moved to Sidney. He is a great guy. I wish he had been my realtor in Denver the sale would gone much smoother. He’s the best!!!!

Terrible in respect to house conditions! Warning to buyers! Hire a non-affiliated professional home inspector! Friends are the inspectors, wink wink, and your roof is fine, plumbing is fine, get a professional! Non disclosure is a BIG issue! SUPER POOR DISCLOSURE PRACTICES, did not even hand keys over for to the house, there were none, previous owner did not lock home in town and lost keys. Home was filthy at time of sale. Be Very Aware. Research the other realty places in town for your best interests and consider them. It you are out of state, know your stuff about property, to not get hosed.
