My elderly aunts rented a house from him many years ago. He was HORRIBLE. Repairs were not completed, they were bullied constantly and were too polite or afraid to say anything. One of them had a heart condition and "Shelly" liked to sneak into the house and scare her. They paid their rent on time, put up with him and didn't say much, thinking he would "put them out". They finally moved in with my sister and we were so happy that they didn't have to deal with that lowlife creep anymore! Don't waste your time and money with him, there are so many more reputable companies in the area who will treat you like a human being and not a cash cow.
Received great advice and knowledge about how to get the best possible plan on my Medicare plan.
This man is the archetypal slumlord, and a completely negligent land owner who puts his tenants at risk.
