Moving into this place was a train wreck. The management we met upon move in lasted about 48 hours before being fired, and the company “book n ladder” being bought out by “red stone”. Absolute bullshit. Front desk worker, Melodie stayed as the only front desk worker past the “new ownership”. Melodie is absolutely unprofessional. She is the most unhelpful worker we’ve ever met, she provides nothing except attitude. I hope the best for her, but I wish she would find another line of work. I can’t believe any higher up corporate person could see her work ethic and keep her on board. She prioritizes closing the office early, and staying away from residents by any means possible. If this is the type of management you want, by all means choose wolf run. If you’re looking for something more profes

Worst property management ever, the parking lot is rundown with fences and gates broken so no security whatsoever. Several car break ins over just a semester and front office does nothing about it in terms of updating cameras or security. If you care about your car and safety don’t choose to live here

Apartment service was one of the best I’ve seen! Taylor and Bryce were very accommodating and friendly to my needs, great apartment too
