Wolf Run Student Housing Apartments

Kristen Humphrey, the general manager, is very quick at responding to emails about absolutely anything. From giving me information to making my first deposit to writing a letter proving address so I could attain a bank card mid afternoon on a Saturday. The maintenance team is also very quick! When I arrived one of the lights were out so I made a maintenance request and it was fixed the next day! Very happy with the friendliness of the gentleman who gave me my keys on the first day as well and with Kristen Humphrey who helped my leasing process, confirming floor layout and my overall transition into living in one of the Wolf Run 6 bed 5 bathroom units.

Absolutely trust me no one sign or live here. I am a current resident here and The management/leasing team is the worst I’ve ever seen and they’re completely clueless and useless at their jobs. The community manager has no idea what she’s doing. Every single month now they have added hidden fees I got charged $480 more than my usual rent this month over trash and sewer when the trash is constantly overflowed and disgusting. They advertise amenities that do not exist. My biggest regret is signing a lease here and everyone Ive spoke to in the community agrees. Gates don’t work computer room is locked. Please don’t make the mistake I did trust me sign anywhere else but here. Worst student living experience ever.

Trash filled the dumpsters, and when it did not get picked up, we got charged for it. I understand lease violations for trash placement, but collective punishment for the failures of the complex is shady business. When a business messes up, it should not be on the customers to pay to fix their errors. Be prepared to pay over $400 of utilities, which they are very clearly not upfront about. Nowhere around reno has this high of utilities, and when confronted and asked, the only response is "The listed charges are correct". Avoid at all costs

This is all you need to know about this place, Michael the goat though. I feel bad he has to deal with this. Also I got charged for trash for this:) i hate this place they wont let me leave. Redstone the new company is so cheap as well. they wont purchase new dryers either as replacements, they just fix old ones and they are hecka loud, also in ur living room. they have taken zero accountability and pushed it back on me and and my roomates when i requested early moveout for this atrocity. again I HATE THIS PLACE AND ARE FORCING ME TO PAY THE REST OUT. pls never sign here pls pls pls. i cant wait for the office to copy and paste the message they have responded to their last 5 1 star reviews because they know how bad it is.

Horrible. I live here currently and there’s so many hidden fees. They charged us for trash because it wasn’t getting picked up. Then got sent an email saying to not put trash outside the bins, when it was over two weeks of the trash not getting picked up. Then they didn’t charge us for utilities for months without notice then randomly charged us all at once so my rent was almost $300 extra. They just got bought by a new company and it’s been so bad ever since. Do not live here. It’s close to campus sure, but the bs you have to deal with is insane.
