Kudos to Bruce Williams and his team for being so customer-friendly, accommodating to virtually all requests, neat, clean and generally the very best refuse collectors that I have seen in my almost 79 years. They do a great job in taking care of us to include hazardous wast drop-off days to make it easier for us to properly dispose of toxic waste. We could not ask anything more of them!

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. Our experience with Advanced Disposal has been nothing short of perfect. On two occasions during the past several months our garbage pick-up was missed due to the sewer digging guys blocking our property. All it took was a quick call once and then on the second occasion a simple email to Laurie Postrion and these guys were here in no time picking up our smelly awful trash. So much had added up in that one week that we had an extra bin curbside that had to be manually dealt with instead of the usual lift arm. The driver of the truck was SO NICE!!! I ran out when I saw him out there and had to thank him, and this guy was so kind, so nice, like it was no big deal. To me and our family, it WAS a big deal. Questions about recycl

Thank you to the office help. My Experience with calling in with questions has been so positive. The women I have spoken with there were a brand of nice that you just don't see hardly anywhere anymore.
